Championship celebration

Historic Championship Victory for OSSYDEF U-17

The OSSYDEF U-17 team made history by winning the National Championship in a dramatic final that showcased the exceptional talent and determination of our young athletes. The match, played at the National Stadium in Abuja, saw our team overcome a 1-0 deficit to win 2-1 in extra time.

Goals from Michael Eze and Ahmed Musa secured the victory, with Eze's equalizer coming in the 78th minute and Musa's winner in the 105th minute. The championship represents the highest achievement in youth soccer in Nigeria and validates our comprehensive development approach.

"This victory is not just about the trophy," said Head Coach Michael Adebayo. "It's about the journey these young men have taken, the character they've shown, and the foundation we've built for their future success."
